Integrate HIV and OVC care, WASH and climate health services, and a last-mile Community Health Promoter network. This pillar prioritises orphans and vulnerable children, people living with HIV, and communities affected by waterborne disease.
What this programme includes
- ✓Targeted clinical care and ART adherence support for OVC and PLHIV
- ✓Psychosocial counselling, support groups, and PMTCT
- ✓Household water treatment and targeted insecticide-treated net distribution
- ✓Community education on flood-related disease risks
- ✓Train and equip 30–50 Community Health Promoters with eCHIS tablets
