Build a digitised Community Health Promoter network that connects households to the clinic and helps teams identify needs early and coordinate referrals.
What this programme includes
- ✓Recruit, train, and equip 30–50 Community Health Promoters
- ✓Tablets running eCHIS
- ✓Door-to-door screening for malaria, malnutrition, maternal risk, and ART adherence
- ✓Digital alerts to support timely referrals and ambulance dispatch
